I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the deep cleaning service provided at my home on 15/12/2024. The service was far below our expectations, and the $340 fee feels entirely unjustified. We had clearly communicated our requirements during the phone call, including a thorough cleaning of all cupboards, the washroom, bathroom, tiles (to remove stains), proper sweeping, and attention to detail near the fridge. Do not waste your money! Worst cleaning ever! When I rang the owner she did not pick up so I rang from my husband’s phone and she rang back straight away! Clearly she had no intentions of calling back. The cleaner did come back but was annoyed and asked me how old I was. When I asked why he told me old people are lazy to clean.Had the house steam cleaned as well and instead of an amazing smell it smelt horrible! Once again poor work.
