Amazing service! Needed our dryer vent cleaned 2nd story laundry room. He was here the next day to do the work on time. He did a great job and we will use his services again. After two cancellations for a scheduled Air Duct and Dryer vent cleaning. I decided to go with Magic Clean. Terry showed up on time and took his time to get probably a decade plus of dirt, pollen, dust, and apparently plastics and leftover pet food (see pics) out of the ducts. I don’t think the previous owner did any maintenance whatsoever. Not only did Terry clean all the ducts, but he also located a natural gas leak, and told me to contact PSE right away. I was honestly surprised by how much lint he pulled out — my dryer is running better than it has in years. He explained everything clearly, showed me the before-and-after, and didn’t try to upsell anything. If you want a company that’s reliable, efficient, and genuinely cares about doing a great job, Magic Clean is the way to go. I’ll definitely be calling him again!
