I am delighted with the impeccable service offered by the Moment Air Duct Cleaning Maple Valley team. My dryer vent was in poor condition, but they repaired it with deep cleaning brushes and it was spotless. They did an excellent job.

I hired Magic-Clean LLC to clean our dryer vent, and it seemed fine at first—but a week later, the dryer was overheating again. I had another company come inspect it, and they found the line was still mostly clogged. So either Magic-Clean skipped steps or used the wrong tools. Very disappointing.

Can’t say enough about the outstanding work that Terry did with my dryer vent situation. Based on the reviews, he was the first call I made and he did not disappoint. He came to my house same day as my initial call. His communication was on point throughout the process from texting his arrival status to his communication on what he saw with the dryer vent. We noted our dryer stopped heating up. So we figured it could be the dryer needed repairs. Or dryer duct was dirty. We were trying to get a second opinion based on another company bidding us that we should do construction on our home replace and reroute our entire dryer duct vent unit. However didn’t bring a tall enough ladder to investigate our dryer duct vent on the second floor. that we specifically told the appointment setter that they’d need to bring a 25ft ladder to reach the dryer vent duct.
