I walked in with 7,000 dollars in my purse. I looked at mopeds with my 16 year old daughter while employees walked around, stood behind the counter and no one spoke to me in 15 min. I walk out and the guys behind the counter begin to talk to my child, my underage 16 year old daughter.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience at Magic City Motor Scooters was great. I had to drive about two hours to take my scooter to their shop, as no one else worked on that brand. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and efficient. They got the work done quickly (which was impressive with the amount of bikes they have lined up to fix). Bill even met me on his day off to let me pick up the scooter, which was a huge help.
Matt is very knowledgeable about scooters and the quality of his service is top-notch. Would definitely recommend to buy from here and to get your scooter serviced here!
