I've been to this place 4 times for basic oil and rotation service for new vehicles and I've had issues the last 3. The second time I went in the tech insisted he could not find the wheel lock even though I told him exactly where it was. I didn't complain or anything and when I got in my car I looked in my glove box (where I told him it was) and showed them just how easy this was to find. Not hard to find at all. Had appointment set for two weeks only to be told two days after you have my vehicle that you will have to order the parts and it would take two days to get them in. This must be the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with and I will be glad to spread my experience with everyone that will listen. Would not let me leave a zero star or that is what you would have received.
