Recently purchased a hot spring envoy from magic city. Reed and Gary were a wealth of knowledge and very professional. I am sure I wore them out as I was shopping and pricing another well known brand and asking a ton of questions. Ultimately decided on the envoy. Very pleased with the entire process from start of discussions to final delivery. Would highly recommend this brand and the store.

We had an exceptional experience buying our hot tub. Reed is knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed our many visits while we were deciding and making our purchase. He was very patient through these visits and many questions including phone calls and texts. He arranged for Matt from Georgia to deliver when our schedules didn’t line up. Matt and his crew made delivery smooth and easy. We are loving the tub!

Wonderful team to work with! Because we were building our deck at the same time, we required an additional trip from the delivery of the tub to the final set up, and they were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend! Reed and Gary were great!
