We had Magic City repair our brother's hot tub in Minot, and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. There were a few issues that needed to be dealt with during the repair, Magic City addressed them professionally and in a timely manner. We would hire them again for any future hot tub needs.
Alex helped us pick out our hot tub. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He didn’t push anything on us. The customer service was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend.
We bought our first Sundance Hamilton Hot tub after talking to Brandon- sight unseen - because he has one and loves his. Delivery was right on time and everything was set up. Originally had some issues with the tub and they came to our house on a Saturday and helped us. Turns out it wasn’t the tub- our electrician had some wiring issues. David fixed it and now everything is working great! Alex was great to work with. He kept me in mind and let me know when the right product was available for a good deal. As a first time hot tub owner he educated me and made sure I had everything I needed. He’s checked in to make sure things are running smooth. Couldn’t ask for better service!
