The store had a great selection of products. Alex was very helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions and was a pleasure to do business with!
We had been debating about buying a hot tub for awhile before the home and garden show this year. We ended up talking with Alex and started asking questions. He answered everything we asked honestly. Alex was never pushy with trying to sell us one. When we went to the store he was still willing to answer all the questions even repeated ones. He let us take our time and was very patient. We ended up buying from them, they worked around our schedule with delivery; everything was easy and smooth.
Ok. My hot tub is one of the nicest possessions I have. I try to use it a couple times a day. Alex and the team at Magic City have been perfect since the moment I walked in the door. Right down to when I get through Minot they analyze the water for me. Tell me what I need and it’s good to go. I built a beautiful three seasons porch around it. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made to purchase this tub from Magic City!
Went to the home and garden show where they had a very good looking variety of saunas. I entered in for a raffle to win one after my wife said it would look good in our house and ended up winning one! Delivery was on time and he even told me how to put it together as we placed it in the garage. If I didn’t win it I’d definitely buy from them and may buy one in the future anyways!
