Great experience. Sales Manager Carl Byrd was fantastic
Worst experience I’ve ever had in the service department. My wife took her car to be fixed a week later they say it’s fixed charged her for the repair and did not fix it. Now it’s 3 weeks later and she is still waiting for them to give her an appointment to bring it back to fix what she has already paid for.
Drove all the way from Michigan to purchase my first car. Ronald went above and beyond to give me an amazing buying expirience! Was super fast, easy, and they gave me an amazing deal! Definitely would recommend.
I highly recommend avoiding this place. Not only did they randomly charge my credit card (unauthorized) over $1,300 two weeks after being there, they also kept my car for an entire week for a task that only required an hour of labor. The whole time it was there, I received no updates on the status of my vehicle or what day it would be looked at. I didn’t even receive a call when it was ready, I had to call them and ask!
