I don’t recommend doing any business with the Magic City in Bedford. I had my car diagnosed inaccurately and was lied to about necessary repairs to fix my issue. Car was in the shop 4 times and each time I was told that something else needs to be done on my car in order to fix it. My car was not fixed at the end (after +$2000 of expenses) and I had to go to a different repair shop. I contacted manager directly and they refused to a refund or repairs at their cost. We drove 5 hours from home looking for this particular car and were not disappointed. The staff here at magic city were waiting on us with a smile keys in hand with my car up front waiting on me when we got here. We had the pleasure of being the first sale for our sales representative Taylor everyone we encountered made us feel like we had known them for years.
