I have been a member & regular user of ZIPS CAR WASH in Saukville. The friendliness of the staff was important part of the experience. This had been lost, with turnover and occasional person in the year made you welcome. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet KYLE, a very friendly and welcoming person. It was like old times again
Just returned from long trip in Canada, bought Basic wash and kid didn't bother to use the power wand when pulling in- bugs all over the front of my SUV- terrible experience. This was Saturday 6/7 at 1pm. Just too lazy I guess
