I just had a great experience at the Saukville location. Brad was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate all the questions he answered for me. I will definitely be back to purchase a subscription.
Lately I’ve experienced shameful customer service. The young man who was the only one working each time I had issues was demeaning and visibly irritated that he had to assist me. He was snippy and insulting. He even threw up his hands at one point and walked away leaving me stuck in the drive through. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he didn’t have his number. I will not be returning to this location again.

My vehicle comes out of the wash clean but the cost of a single car wash is quite high. I paid $31 for a single car wash on a whim with free vacuum use.
It was fast I was in and out same clean as always
