I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience for anyone who truly cares about the appearance and long-term condition of their vehicle. I originally brought my BMW in for what I believed might be a dent that could potentially be addressed with Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). I was told that PDR was not an option and that a traditional body repair and respray would be necessary. Trusting the professionals, I agreed.
