I would leave no stars if possible. Installed two units for me. Both units failed with 3 years because of poor installation. one of the install issues caused a leak from the attic into the into my hallway. tried to see me a 10 year warranty when the only thing required is to complete the manufacturer registration within 90 days . stay away
