You can never get an appointment. Never see the same doctor twice. I've rang 72 times from 0800 this morning and it's constantly engaged. Avoid this surgery.
Praise for the new telephone booking system. I saw Dr Oelbum and she put me at ease ...she listened attentively and explained everything to me. A great doctor!
Absolutely disgusting practice worst in the area, doctor Been of for months with stress, can't get an appointment, they have no doctor to cover, my daughter has been waiting on blood results for weeks, the receptionist claimed that she wasn't on medication, she's been on them for 5 years, when my daughter asked to speak to someone in charge, she finally found her details of her medication, lost her blood results had to go again for more blood and it's taken two half months to get results from a locum it's disgusting Want to ... read more
