This experience with the Kelsey-Seybold system was extremely disappointing. I spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with my insurance, including having my insurance company call the office directly to confirm my coverage. I was told multiple times that I was covered, then not covered, and then covered again, which was very confusing and stressful. Dr. Mata was rude and had an unprofessional attitude throughout the visit. When I asked clarification questions, she responded in an irritated and dismissive manner. Her tone was uninviting from the beginning, and when asking yes-or-no questions, she repeatedly questioned the validity of my answers as if I were being untruthful.
