In my experience this is a horrible practice. I first saw Lalitha Tadiconda, who treated me like a number, rushed me through, even during my extensive physical exam. She just gave my concerns some limeted lip service and moved on. For example, I had a cough due to a blood pressure medication and she told me to stop drinking juice and cofee (to treat the cough), as they "just make you pee anyway." I have been a patient for over 10 years and had no issues until yesterday. It has become more apparent the lack of concern for their patients. My appointment was canceled because I was unable to produce an insurance card a day before my schedule visit. I explained to the receptionist, I was at work and my card wasn’t with me. I also let her know I could come in early before my schedule time and present my card. I was told no by the receptionist and office manager. These people could care less about their patient's. Everything they do is for money. If you sneeze the wrong way they will charge you for it. I was charged multiple times for missing appointments i never made. My doctor was a joke. The women behind the desk are just their to collect a check. You can tell they hate working for this sorry excuse for a doctor's office. I finally had enough. Won't be going back. Stay far away. There are much better places in the area. I've relied on this practice for 10-15 years now and am thoroughly pleased with their expertise, competency and honesty. I've seen both Dr. Maggin and Dr. Tadikonda, and they are both great communicators as well as great listeners, and have always given sound, explicit advice.
