Blinds broken when installed, never finished the job, Brandon took my money and ran, never returns my calls or emails, Blinds were ordered in April 2022 it took 6 months to partially install them total ripoff never use this company !

If negative stars were an option I would use it. We’ve used Maggie’s shutters for 2 previous properties and always had great experiences. In fact my initial meeting with Brandon was great. I was actually excited about my order. I ordered in April, with a lead time of 10 weeks. It’s now the end of October. I still have NOTHING. Requested to get my money back over a month ago. ONE STAR IS A GIFT. I met with Brandon on 4/15/22 and gave a deposit on 4/18/22 with an expected delivery date being 5-6 weeks. When I called for an update, I was told they would be ready for installation on 6/13/22. As we were going on vacation, I advised that it would have to be upon our return. I called on 7/6/22 to schedule the installation and was told that my shutters were "still in production". After numerous messages for a return call, I cancelled my order on 7/13/22 and as of today, 7/27 am still looking for my refu... read more
