Each set of shutters is hand made using the finest quality Basswood. This makes our shutters the most durable, most attractive and longest lasting without warping. I have used Maggie's three different times and was always happy with their product and service. I'm not sure what has happened but now that I need a repair, I am getting nothing but excuses. I just got an email stating that they are temporarily closed and I will be contacted as soon as they reopen. Sure! Maybe a call to the Better Business Bureau is in order. What a shame! I have given them so much business and referred them multiple times!!!
We have one new bay window that needed shutters. It was important to us to support a local small business. We are completely UNSATISFIED. I was referred by family, whom Maggie’s installed shutters for.(with no issues). We even paid more than the other company we’ve always used and were happy with. (Again, we wanted to support a local business). Pablo is the installer. He rushes, is never on time, and did poor workmanship. He also NO SHOWS for appts. . BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! There are many of us that gave Brandon Freyre a deposit for Shutters and Blinds!! They took the money and did not give any service. I am out $1400. They are not even standing by there warrantys on there product. Brandon is a thief and a liar. Do not give him any money.
Very poor customer journey. They were supposed to be installing shutters for me today between 1-3pm. It’s 3:30pm, and no one has reached out to me. Chasing them because they don’t communicate has been par for the course lol. My family used them before, and other contacts have recommended them as well, but I will share about my experience here now to save you the wasted time and frustration.
Blinds broken when installed, never finished the job, Brandon took my money and ran, never returns my calls or emails, Blinds were ordered in April 2022 it took 6 months to partially install them total ripoff never use this company !
