DO NOT BUY FROM MAGGIES GIFT SHOP. Purchased a light up flag from them through Amazon. 1/3 of the lights did not work. Sent Retun request through Amazon. Amazon accepted the request. The seller (Maggies) sent me two accusatory messages saying they tested the lights on the flag before they sent it. And they refuse to refund me. Upon checking reviews on Amazon and Google I now see that I should have checked the reviews before I took my chances purchasing from Maggie's Gift Shop. STEER CLEAR. I recently purchased gifts online from this store for my son's girlfriend, as he's currently serving in the military. The owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me in selecting a different bracelet when the one I initially ordered was out of stock. When I arrived to pick up my order the following day, both the owner and another staff member who was wrapping gifts warmly greeted me, making me feel very welcomed. I was soooo dissatisfied with the customer service I received from I believed to be the owner. I went in on a Saturday, no one was there but me and he showed no interest in helping me, he was actually pretty disinterested and rude. His friend came in with his dog and he showed him more attention than a paying customer. Never again will I set foot there.
