I went there for a knot at my left shoulder blade area. Paid $75 up front and she wanted me to wait to add tip. When I was done she said add $25 tip. I will never go back . I am in pain the back of my neck and shoulders. I can't touch the area she massaged. Never again.
Nana gave me an excellent massage today! She worked hard to help me feel better and relieved my headache. I will be back soon.
Exceptional service and a truly calming environment. The massage relieved all my tension, and the hot stones were an amazing touch. Highly recommend this spa!
Booked a couples massage for my Wife's birthday- was told they couldn't do same room. That was fine. We booked for 11am on Saturday. Showed up and was told that "they were too busy" "drive to our Hudson location or come back later " Terrible service, I arranged her whole birthday weekend based off this appointment. Waste of time. Never again.
I was recommended by a friend. Now I know why. When I entered ,I noticed the cleanliness and appreciated the relaxing music. I was warmly greeted by the employees. The facility was top notch. My deep tissue massage was terrific and extremely relaxing as well. I have since recommended the spa to others, and I have decided to purchase some gift certificates to give as gifts to friends and loved ones as a Christmas gift this year.
