First, I have zero personal affiliation with Maggie and only met her in my recent home search. That said, I cannot recommend Maggie enough. The Nashville market is red hot and I had tried several other realtors prior to meeting Maggie. I met her from a listing she had. Maggie Odle began working as our realtor about 6 months before we were ready to put our 65-year-old house on the market. We had lived in our house for over 35 years and kept it well-maintained and updated (roof, HVAC, plumbing, windows, exterior), during which time we raised two children and accumulated stuff.
