Maggie is the REAL deal, y'all. This therapist really understands the experience of feeling like you aren't good enough, and all the things we tend to do to compensate when we feel that way. Her method for helping to heal this is unique and effective. She also has mind-blowingly helpful insights about parenting. Aside from all of that, she's just a wonderful, real, caring human who makes you feel comfortable in her presence. I highly recommend working with her.
In our opinion, this person is not ready for prime time. She has been counseling my sons for 10 months and we find her to be non-responsive, overly saccharine, and her approach to parents to be uneven. We don't even believe that she has a license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW - I thought that was her job... live and learn). I guess on-the-job-training is part of the development process, but the thought of someone practicing their learnings on real people, and little kids especially, is somewhat disconcerting.
