Stay clear . I am flabbergasted by this therapist. She is extremely rude and condescending. Far from caring . She appears to always be on edge .
I showed up the day of my appt. The receptionist says she needs to confirm and validate authorization , despite me giving her authorization a week ahead. They had me wait over 15 minutes saying they needed authorization first. They started calling insurance, which I was not ok with… they should have been proactive and done this ahead of time. I had to take off from work to attend this and I ended up leaving with no services rendered.. needless to say, very unprofessional
Ok. So I called her office and the receptionist gave me an appointment for the next day. However, the therapist called after 5:00pm that same day to tell me I have to pay over 100.00 up front until she gets reimbursed from the insurance then she will give the money back to me. When did they start doing this? Is this even legal? Not to mention she was very unfriendly and short. In my opinion, I would not utilize her services.
