I’ve always enjoyed supporting this establishment because my family loves it, especially since the dairy-free options make it a great treat for my boys. We’ve visited several times, including on a Tuesday when I personally witnessed an employee directing a customer to the restroom without issue. So many flavors to chose from. The Italian ice is delicious!! Excellent customer service. Only draw back is.....its expensive.
Today, (04/26), I brought two snoballs and it made my daughter(age 7) and I sick. My stomach just hurts really bad, but my daughter cried complaining about stomach pain, she ended up throwing up blue raspberry syrup all over the bathroom floor. I don’t know how you get sick off a snoball, but I guess anything is possible! Im not placing blame on the girl who served us, but I wonder how clean she was with handling our order.
