Insurance is not a fun matter for most of us to deal with. In the past I felt like the agent was playing 3 card monty with me. However, Leah Valero at Maggie Deng's office made it much easier to deal with. Leah was patient & took the time to explain everything simply. She also invested additional time to walk me through the myriad of forms & issues all the way to completion. It would be a better business world if more people extended the effort that Leah Valero did.
