Extremely disappointed with the communication and customer service. I placed an order for spot prawns via Facebook, and was told the order was confirmed. When I arrived at the shop for pickup, I was turned away and told my order wasn't placed because I hadn't sent an EMT. Came on Easter Sunday, even though they are not open, owner still let us shop inside. Owner was super friendly, will definitely return in the near future.
