Food was excellent
Last night (7/30), my aunt, mother, and I went to dinner at this Maggiano's location at Old Orchard. We were fortunate enough to have been served by Jeff who was very accommodating and quick with his attentive service and ensured I got my lemonade right away. :) We were also fortunate to have run into Chef Josh at this location who was gracious enough to serve a soup that was off menu for that evening my aunt had a taste for. Wow! What a dinner, after a long busy day we decided on Maggianos, as it was across from the hotel. Little did we know it would be the best experience of the trip. Jerome was INCREDIBLE, and the food was phenomenal. The experience was what really blew me away, Jerome and every person that interacted with our table was kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I’m already looking forward to our next trip!
I’ve been to Maggiano’s many times but this last time, I specifically wanted to try the Wagyu beef stuffed shells, and was disappointed because it was too salty for me. I don’t know if it was an exception or if that is how it is normally seasoned. So I will most likely not order it again. Other than that everything was pretty much the same with my past experiences at Maggiano’s.
