Dr. Maggiano is the most compassionate physician I've been treated by. Her listening skills and spending as much time as neccessary with a patient are exceptional. Follow up is excellent as is the staff. I'm elderly with numerous conditions, so I've been kicking around for a while.
Dr Holly is compassionate and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend Dr. H. maggiano to anyone needed help w seizures. I was seen by several other specialists w little help or change to my condition. Once under the care of this Dr. she spent the time to figure out the right medications to have a normal life!! Which I thought wasn’t possible anymore...??
Dr Maggiano has helped me considerably and I appreciate her knowledge and kindness. However, her front office lady is beyond rude! She has issues with doing her job and has put off calling back my pharmacy for over two weeks because ask she tells me she doesn’t have time for pre auth’s. I need my medicine (that Dr Maggiano put me on) and this nasty women is preventing me from getting it. I am appalled that she has a job working with people!

The receptionist there has absolutely no idea how prescriptions and setting up appointments works. I am in shock, I feel like I just got off the phone with a 5 year old. I'm trying to get a refill for seizure meds and she was surprised that I wanted to get the medication prescribed in advance. I was there less than 6 months ago and all she cared to do was set up another appointment. She could care less that my prescriptions were not filled correctly. Doctor is great. Receptionist is a dolt.
had a bad reaction to original Rx - .Called over a week ago to tell her & get a different RX. No callback so I called 4 times & still cannot get an answer. I know the receptionist is an not very caring, but I would expect more from the Doctor. Have to find a new Doctor I guess.
I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Dr. Maggiano spent ONE HOUR in the room with me discussing my problem. That is UNHEARD of. I couldn't believe that she dedicated that much time to just one patient. She listened and took notes and came up with not one but SEVERAL treatment options. She is kind and compassionate and speaks in language that anyone can understand. I had been to ELEVEN doctors prior to seeing her and had about lost all hope. She restored my faith in the medical profession
I live four hours from Dr Maggiano this must tell how I feel, both with her staff and Holly. I would not go to another Doctor when I have the best, with Dr Holly Maggiano
