Their service and response time was impeccable. Even if this was their busy season with pool closures, they put us on their cancellation list and squeezed us in at the first opportunity. Their service guys were excellent.
Brent and Curtis are absolutely fantastic. They were able to swap out my pump for my hot tub same day! Curtis has never steered me wrong with advice and Majestic pools have always made customer service a priority. My 15 year old hot tub stills runs like new. Thanks guys!!!
The technicians were polite and friendly and most of all they did good work. They took the time to explain everything in detail as they were working
Purchased my Hottub from Majestic and had my pool liner repaired in June of 2025. The process was smooth, every single staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, patient, professional, polite and pleasant. I called them when I thought the Hottub had a faulty wire however it was my breaker. The guys showed up first thing this morning; they were efficient and explained everything to me in plain language.
