I was treated with extreme disrespect and clear bias by the same staff member during two separate visits. Instead of receiving professional service, I was met with unfair prejudice and a completely unacceptable attitude. Discrimination and poor customer service should never be tolerated. I strongly urge management to address this staff member's behavior immediately and provide proper training to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.

Highly Recommend Majestic Pools and Spas. From the store employees to the service technicians… they have made our first Hot Tub purchase a great experience. Extremely knowledgable staff and very helpful. Made owning our first hot tub a breeze. If you are in the market, give them a try!
