I found Claudia to be a terrible resource for our daughter. First, Claudia was just bad with our daughter. She didn't engage her much, she focused on speaking often instead of listening and encouraging our daughter to speak. She spoke at our daughter instead of speaking with our daughter as other therapists had. Second, she was consistently late. We were the first appointment in the morning - 8:30.
