If I could give a lower star I would , terrible service Disorganized, slow, and unclear. Turnaround times lagged, conditions kept changing, and even counsel complained.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with Magenta MIC. On multiple files, underwriting ignored emails for days and turnaround times dragged to ~5 business days. That’s unacceptable in this market and frankly unprofessional. Brokers bring the business—yet Magenta shows little respect for our time or our clients’ deadlines. What’s worse, this isn’t a one-off.
