Disorganized, slow, and unclear. Turnaround times lagged, conditions kept changing, and even counsel complained. Feels systemic.
In my experience with Magenta Capital Corp, underwriting response times were unreasonably slow. Emails went unanswered for days, and files sat for roughly five business days before anyone touched them far too long in a fast-moving market. I do not wish to take long with this review but the following should help you avoid disaster. They are completely unprofessional, untimely, negligent, uncourteous and downright horrible to deal with in general. I have dealt with many private lenders while doing my job and this group sits at the bottom of the pile. To avoid at all costs.
