The front desk will not relay messages to doctor thakur about my mother in law for her multiple lung conditions and the front desk told her she is no longer an a patient. My mother in law was just in an appointment with my grandma in law and the doctor himself and wife told my mother in law to call on Monday or Tuesday to make an appointment. The front desk put me on hold and came back with attitude and said at this time the doctor can not see her. I believe this is beyond unprofessional to the patients.
