My business was with Magen for 6 years. Our annual renewal was up and I decided to shop around. Found that a handful of security companies costed less and offered the same service. I brought this to Magen's attention. The receptionist said she would have her boss call me. The boss called me a week later and offered $5 off per month. Still the other companies were much less. Excellent service.
This company is the worst to do business with. I've had their service for 3 years at my business and after reviewing their charges $372.00 per year (about $30 per month), while most company prices range from $20 to $25 per month I decided to cancel. The manager Susan is so unprofessional and rude, she sent one of the installer to the premises to remove the equipment, bearing in the mind that system was over 10 years old and have no use to her Company.
