Chris and Ethan did an outstanding job assembling my pergola . They paid special attention to all the details and did it all in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Magellan remodeling for any pergola or any work that they do.
I do not know about the quality or happiness of others. But, Do Not Use Them. If something does go wrong, they are not there. I called today at 11:08 this morning and they use an answering service. No one at the company answers the Phone It is 8:36pm and Nothing,, no one. I asked for a materials list to try and compare quotes. Glassing in the bumped-out lanai was a project/dream that has been several years in the making and planning. The Pergola Kings (Magellan Remodeling Services) built a birdcage for us a few years ago. Their design and workmanship regularly garner compliments, while various staff 'talked me off the ledge' a couple of times by simply offering a solution and making it work before they left the site.
