Magellans service levels are great and we’ve used them a couple of times but our last transaction is the end of our relationship. It’s hard to trust the process when quotes aren’t honoured and our last transaction they hiked the price by 20% and under duress of storage fees insisted that we pay immediately. They did reduce the unauthorised increase by 10% but it’s still not acceptable and we’re out of pocket more than we anticipated.
