Amazing service. I was changing ny insurance to magellan because by previous company benefits were terrible. Their provider got my records transfered so fast and easy.
Absolutely terrible service. The team is unhelpful and unprofessional. Hira Khan and her IT team is unhelpful and disrespectful to their customers. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!
I was excited to work for Magellan when I applied and got an interview. However, I was very disappointed when I never heard back from the interviewer about the status of the position. I just think it very unprofessional especially when someone spent their time to attend an interview and doesn’t get any response and ignored about the status of the position. Helped us get a very long awaited painful lump in the back where a tumor was once before, MRI finally approved!! We had been floundering with our idiotic flat footed/pat you on the head insurer, Tufts health for a long time till we found to contact Magellan directly . MRI's ordered by Doctors refused and our insurer blamed their own subcontractor (ultimately Magellan). Months of pain for my wife , opioids in our house, weight gain, cholesterol increases, lost wages and of course a crazy sad household. Doctors could not belie... read more
