I was seen in UPMC Somerset’s Emergency Room on Good Friday and called the Monday after Easter and got an appointment for the following day because it was urgent. I saw Shannon Weiss and she was phenomenal. They got the ball rolling on solving my issues and I feel very confident in this practice’s ability to address patient needs in a stellar, timely fashion. I would highly recommend this practice!

If you are looking for competence this office is not the one for you. I will be switching offices after Shannon (my “doctor”) and Morgan (the front desk?) were so unbelievably unhelpful. They NEVER LISTENED TO ME. I told Shannon this course of treatment has NEVER worked before in the past yet she INSISTED on it but decided to “double up.” WAITED TWO DAYS FOR A CALL BACK, never got one.
