This is no fault of any the staff that work at this particular location/office, but I am unsure where else to direct my issue to get it resolved. There is no direct number listed anywhere for this office and I cannot get a hold of anyone in a timely manner, which is very frustrating just to cancel an appointment. The only phone number available is the automated (800) phone number for scheduling, which is making it very difficult to cancel. I am not able to cancel it online, or I would happily do so that way.
