**Edit** Although the reply from the practice states that they want me to reach out to improve patient experiences, that copy and paste is just canned BS. I have been in touch with the office staff, the Dr and even the Office manager. The office manager removed my "reply" ability for messaging on MyUPMC and advised the staff in the office to leave me on hold and refused to come to the phone. Andrew Kellerman was rude from the moment he walked into the room. made some snarky comments, such as “you look pretty comfy for being in pain” then proceeded to dismiss any and all of my concerns. he said that ovarian cysts are highly unlikely to rupture and if they did, it isn’t painful. any woman who has experienced them would say otherwise. and as if he’s ever experienced that?? would not recommend him
All the staff was so friendly. I really appreciated that the doctor, medical assistants, and nurses really took the time to educate and answer any questions about my pregnancy.
The only reason I am giving a one star is because of Dr Chory. My boyfriend and I go in for my 2nd appointment to be able to hear the heartbeat of our baby and she said that she’s too impatient to wait for us to hear it?? How is she gonna be too impatient to let us hear our baby’s heart beat. Barely even touched my stomach with the fetal Doppler. And then she orders me the wrong test I wanted the anatomy scan but she ordered the genetic testing. I’m already in my 2nd trimester
