We had such a great experience at MGH! Mary, my son's nurse in surgery, as well as all of the other staff we dealt with, were fantastic and the facility is so nice.
Waited 3hrs in the waiting 1hr in the back straight ridiculous
Waited over an hour In the ER never saw the Doctor was asked to lay down on a bed with dirty sheets changed them myself and after the one I saw the nurse for 2 minutes the nurse took me from waiting room into the back the nurse ever returned to check on me within that hour. Waste of time coming here. You will be better off going anywhere else.
the entire hospital staff needs to be fired starting with the food service management, so dirty and unclean and unprofessional. someone needs to do something about it. I would rate zero if i could.
The staff were super friendly and did respond very quickly to anything I needed while I was here for pancreatitis
