HORRIBLE COMPANY!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Will violate subdivision rules and not take responsibility for the damage they cause. They will also give you an invoice that is double what the estimate was they initially give you and not communicate about the work being more costly than what was estimated. My husband was traveling Hwy 59 where construction for the round about was being done and blew out 2 brand new tires. The person we spoke to Collins (supposedly the man under Skip) with Magee Excavation & Development, stated that they had several incidents because of a drainage being located in wrong area. Collins stated that Magee owes us for the damage, and all the others, and that he submitted all the paperwork into the office.
