I'M ON THE BOARDOF THE DUNKERTON COMMUNITY HALL AND WORKED FOR MAGEE CONSTRUCTION FOR 25 YRARS. I KNOW WHAT WAYNE'S EXPECTATIONS WERE AND HOW HE WANTS THINGS DONE. WE HIRED MAGEE TO DO OUR REMODEL INSIDE AND OUT. WAYNE LINED UP ALL THE SUBCONTRACTORS AND WENT THROUGH THE DETAILS OF THE JOB BEFORE THEY STARTED. We have used Magee Construction for three projects in the past year. One was a big bathroom remodel and the other two were smaller projects due to unexpected needs in our home. All three projects were handled very professionally. We feel prices were fair and all was quality work. They are quick to respond, always on time, always friendly.
Magee Construction has been top-notch help with our three historical buildings we are in the process of restoring. From acting as the liaison with the building moving company, to replacing the roof on one building, to advice on floor reconstruction and finding or manufacturing appropriate historic building materials for replacement, Magee Construction has been right there for us every step of the way!! Matt was always friendly, answered all my questions, both by phone and email. Matt called with timely updates. Windows look great. When I stopped by Jerry was there and he also took time to answer my questions. Great job !! Highly recommend Magee Construction.
