The nurse Kim is unprofessional, rude and must have been having a horrible day. I had misinformation and when I called she made me cry and feel as if I was an idiot and that it was my fault. If she is like that every day I pity her family and patients.
Very much in a hurry , misses important results , not a good cardio.
The physicians here are fine and kind. The office staff is what gives this place such a bad reputation. 2 weeks after my blood was drawn someone in their office called and said, "your blood came back normal." When I tried to ask questions, she said I can pick up a copy of the results. Thats it, no explanation, nothing. Obviously, Im not a doctor so how the hell am I supposed to interpret the data?! Ive been taking my child to Dr. Rosen for years and hes been wonderful with her. I go back and sit in the exam room with her and have Never had a problem. His office may be lacking but his staff and him are wonderful! If I ever thought my child wasnt being treated well, Id Never of gone back.
Ive been a patient of Tonys for 10 years now and when a friend of mine recently moved to Lancaster and asked me for a good doctor I recommened Tony. My friend told me they had read some horrible reviews about Tonys practice so I had to go on and read them for myself. I was shocked and upset! It sounds like a bunch of disgruntled employees that were fired. Being that Im a manager myself I recognize the attacks. I worked at Mastropietro & Associates for over a year. I loved my boss, the providers and most of the patients and my co-workers. I left because I got a higher paying job and much better benefits. Although both those things are great to have I dont love where I work now. I wish HMA would realize they need to provide better benefits for their employees. I cant believe anyone would give Dr. Fell a bad review. Both my husband and I love him. Hes the only doctor at the center that my husband wants to see. He takes the time to listen and explains things in a way that we can understand.
Only cares about the money they are making, doesnt have a care in the world about their patients! Dontcha know they have a quota to reach each day!
In response to porcupine3797...I disagree with about the service provided by Mastropietro and Associates...I have been a patient with them for over 10 years and have never had one bad visit...The staff is very polite, the doctors are patient and explain everything in detail...they have never treated me as anything but person and have shown true concern and support in their treatments and diagnosis.
