Best PCP hands down! I ve been going to her for many years and I would never even consider another Dr. She takes her time with you, listens to you, and shows genuine concern and compassion,
I went there for the first time today, and was greeted with smiles and laughter. Of course no one enjoys their yearly visit but the staff there made it enjoyable. I was in at 8am and out by 8:45. I would recommend this branch to anyone that wants to feel like they are visiting friends and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I am thankful that they were so kind.
My wife has a blood clot in her leg the office put her on two blood thinners at the same time causing her to bleed out loosing two pints of blood the med was 800.00 had to go to the hospital for blood costing 1800.00 called the office to see what to do would not return phone call the Office staff where not trained on how to give protime test in the office Complained to Office Manger about service did not care Doctor would not respond to questions about staff would not correct problems do not use this Office Stephen Shirk
Poor, poor service. The office staff doesn t have a clue! I am now looking for a new doctor. It s ashame. I like him, but can t dear with this office staff! It s like a zoo.
I have been taking my children to Dr. Rosen for a couple of years now, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist. He is very caring and very good with children.
Dr. Rosen is a good dentist for my 10 year old autistic son. He is patient and kind. He is worth the 1 hour drive from our home to his office in Hermitage.
I am a dentist now myself, but I was a patient of Dr. Rosen s for many years as a child. I had such wonderful experiences being his patient and it actually inspired me to become a dentist myself! He always did a great job explaining to me what he was doing and making me feel comfortable. I received great care overall. I really liked the small office environment. Ive taken my son to this office for 3 years. Many times I have gone in there and have heard children screaming in terror in the next room as they extract teeth without sedation. They strap them to a board with a straight jacket attached and just yank them out. The last visit I had to listen to a 2 year old girl have two front teeth pulled with no sedation. My son had a bad cavity so I was referred to Dr. Rosen since I was told he is great with kids. Well, that office that gave me that advice was WAY off!! First he wanted to strap my son in some chair with a straight jacket and after I refused he gave me the option of anestetic being my son is so deathy afraid of needles. I chose that option until he told me I had to pay him \$600 up front or he wont touch his mouth. I told him there was no way I could come up with that kind of money.
