Went in on a Sunday and left before even being seen. The receptionist (S. Barlow) was one of the rudest people I’ve met in the healthcare industry. There are too many other options in Magee to go to now on the weekend to be acting ridiculous like that. Went to an urgent care and had a great experience.
Receptionist should be fired immediately!!! Very Very Rude!!! Will never go back.
I'm not the one that usually does reviews but I got up this morning and my daughter was sick complaining about her throat and a bad cough. So I got her together to go to Magee after hour clinic. When I arrived and walked in and spoke the receptionist (Barlow)she just looked at us. I was like I would like for my daughter to be seen bc she is sick. Long story short if the np is the guy don't even bother he just blatantly doesn't care but as for Mrs Karen I believe is her name she will do you right Everytime
