My mom had hemorrhoid and rectal surgery on September 11, 2023. Now 3 years later she is still suffering from rectal bleeding and pain during bowel movements. After surgery we went back to the office many times but this doctor did not care and could not help her. He says bleeding is okay and normal. My mom’s not happy at all.
Dr. Alexander removed my gallbladder after I had been dismissed by the emergency room twice. He was so patient, understanding, and caring. He and Kayla, his nurse, are both kind, accommodating and helpful. I had such a positive experience and I recommend him to anyone needing an urgent procedure.
Dr. Magdi Alexander is a fantastic Dr. After all the worry and past experiences, I ended up in the ER, which is where I first met with Dr. Alexander, I just knew that I was finally in safe hands. He assured me that I was going to be ok and explained the whole process for gallbladder surgery. He's been doing this over 30 years and I couldn't ask for a better surgery. If I had to do it all over again, I'd insist on having him again. Incisions are healing very nicely too. Very clean top notch surgery.
Horrible doctor! I don't understand how he has good reviews. The minute I made my appointment for my porcelain gallbladder consultation, they told me I would have to pay for consultation plus surgery because I didn't meet the deductible (I have a PPO insurance). Upon arrival to my appointment (Tuesday), it kinda took a while before i was seeing.
