Dr. Alexander removed my gallbladder after I had been dismissed by the emergency room twice. He was so patient, understanding, and caring. He and Kayla, his nurse, are both kind, accommodating and helpful. I had such a positive experience and I recommend him to anyone needing an urgent procedure.
Dr. Magdi Alexander is a fantastic Dr. After all the worry and past experiences, I ended up in the ER, which is where I first met with Dr. Alexander, I just knew that I was finally in safe hands. He assured me that I was going to be ok and explained the whole process for gallbladder surgery. He's been doing this over 30 years and I couldn't ask for a better surgery. If I had to do it all over again, I'd insist on having him again. Incisions are healing very nicely too. Very clean top notch surgery.
Horrible doctor! I don't understand how he has good reviews. The minute I made my appointment for my porcelain gallbladder consultation, they told me I would have to pay for consultation plus surgery because I didn't meet the deductible (I have a PPO insurance). Upon arrival to my appointment (Tuesday), it kinda took a while before i was seeing. Dr. Alexander performed a life saving surgery on my 82 year old mother. He was super nice and explained everything to her to help ease her fears. The surgery was a success and she is recovering well. Thank you Dr. Alexander!
