Scheduled an appointment at 3 for Saturday and didn’t get serviced at that time. I hate my haircut, she got too scissor happy.she hacked it and it’s extremely short. I look like a boy.I cried in the car. Even the stylist knew she cut it to short because she kept trying texturizing with scissors and staying when it’s styled it going to look good. My hair before, what I wanted and what I got
