Absolutely unprofessional! I had a 9am appointment. I showed up at 8:50am and no one was there. I texted, called and waited outside the door until 9:45am with no response. I would like a full refund of my deposit. So disappointed as this was such a waste of time.
Horrible. Do not book with them, especially if you’re using ClassPass. If you put your business on ClassPass, the information on there should be updated. On the app, they have the wrong address AND availability. Owner took zero accountability, continuing to blame ClassPass and did not want to cancel my appointment on their end. she also didn’t even know I booked an appointment which is very odd. I’ve reported this matter to ClassPass as well. Just a waste of time and no professionalism.

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and made me feel valued from start to finish. Their professionalism and kindness made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the results — truly the best Highly recommend!
After supporting post surgery for months. I life happens and you have a busy schedule and medical reason. I was buying packages and unable to make it sometimes that turned into barely could get scheduled. I analyze everything I was trying to book my last massage for months even blocked my number.
