I had seen some flashes in my visual field so I went to this doctor at Mass Eye and Ear. I was very much taken care of from the moment I stepped into her office. Dr. Krzystolik and all the staff showed me great respect while they did a comprehensive- more than other 'big name' places- examination of my eyes (sight, retina, pressure...). From the minute I walked in the door, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and friendly the staff was. This was my first appointment with Dr. Krzystolik after being told by another provider, at a different facility, that I had macular holes. Dr. K spent plenty of time explaining the condition of my eyes, why I didn't have macular holes, and what I could expect in the future. I was very excited about her opinion and would have no hesitation recommending this facility.
