I left work three hours early today because I was informed that the lady would arrive at 6 PM for alterations. Unfortunately, she arrived 40 minutes late. The entire interaction between her and the employee lasted only about five minutes, and the alterations lady was quite rude and rushed me. I've bought 2 dresses from here. I now realize my pleasant experience was because I never encountered the owner. She was rude as hell. It was so strange seeing as they only had one customer. Like blatantly rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as my daughter looked through dresses. Also rudely tried to tell me my kid had to sit down. Lady get a grip. What a wonderful experience! My twin daughters and I stopped in to look at dresses for the Night to Shine Prom. Magda was very helpful and kind to us, and really made my daughters feel so happy with the dresses they picked. Thank you so much Magda for all your helpfulness, and to Marina for doing a beautiful job on alterations so quickly! My daughters received many compliments on their dresses!!!

This was the absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I was shopping here with my mom and aunts, looking for dresses for my brother's wedding. The store owner made several extremely rude comments to us, including telling one of us to just "lose some weight" to fit into a dress that she was trying to convince us of buying. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Magda’s. We needed to special order a dress with expedited shipping. Magda took time on her day off to call the vendor directly to ensure we could get it in time. When she received the dress the vendor had sent it in the wrong size. She reassured me we would get it resolved even willing to have alterations done on the wrong sized dress. I love that she presented me with options instead of just saying it was what it was.
