ZERO STARS!!!……My friend bought this wedding dress from this store about 2 months ago. Unfortunately she went by herself and relied on the salesperson for advice. And as you can see the dress is too small. The salesperson assured her that it looked great several times. She barely spent time with her and was always rushed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. THE SALESPERSON MISLEAD THE CUSTOMER JUST FOR A SALE/COMMISSION. How do you sleep at night knowing that you ruined the most important day for a bride. I would give 0 stars if i could. HORRRRRRRIBLEEEEE store! Day 1 - My daughter went to get a dress and staff was inattentive and rude. She tried on 2 dresses - staff walked away so she asked her sister to zip the dress, only for staff to return, bang on the door and say that only one person could be in the room and rudely said "I'll do it". Same thing for the second dress, which was a corset with ties. Then don't walk away when you have a customer trying on a dress! I've bought 2 dresses from here. I now realize my pleasant experience was because I never encountered the owner. She was rude as hell. It was so strange seeing as they only had one customer. Like blatantly rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as my daughter looked through dresses. Also rudely tried to tell me my kid had to sit down. Lady get a grip. I went to this place last year looking for a prom dress. I walked in and tried on a bunch of dresses the lady was very nice. But I didn’t end up getting anything. This year I went back looking for a prom dress and when I walked in no one was in there. The lady didn’t say anything. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Magda's in the Deptford Mall. They were so helpful and kind. They made my daughter feel so special shopping for a prom dress. After picking a dress they even offered to order a new one for us. I definitely recommend Magda's Couture. Huge selection, great prices, wonderful personalities!
