I had a great experience here, everyone was friendly and helpful! I am so happy with my dress as well. The only negative was that there seemed to be lack of communication with employees, I was told I could bring in a screenshot of my dress receipt to pick up my dress, but a different employee was there when I came to get it and they said I needed a paper copy. Not a problem for me, but I can see how it would be for others. Overall a good experience looking for prom dresses!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Magda’s. We needed to special order a dress with expedited shipping. Magda took time on her day off to call the vendor directly to ensure we could get it in time. When she received the dress the vendor had sent it in the wrong size. She reassured me we would get it resolved even willing to have alterations done on the wrong sized dress. I love that she presented me with options instead of just saying it was what it was. I recently had one of the most disturbing and racially charged experiences I’ve ever encountered while visiting this store. Upon entering, I was immediately yelled at by an employee simply for having a Starbucks cup in hand. The situation quickly escalated as she repeatedly asked, “Do you understand me? I had a great experience here. I was very surprised when I saw all of the bad reviews considering there’s many signs around the store saying that you need to have an appointment to try on the very expensive dresses which is completely reasonable! The lady who helped me was very kind and sweet and was a joy to have help me with everything. The dress I got was gorgeous and I was very very happy with my experience!

Madga was an absolute pleasure to work with!!! She helped me through every step of the way and was extremely patient with me. I’m the type that takes forever to decide so her patience was truly appreciated 🙏🏻 she was very sweet, caring, and professional. She gave me the time I needed and made the experience fun. I will definitely be going back for future dresses. I will update this with a picture once the dress comes in! Thank you again!
