I had a great experience here, everyone was friendly and helpful! I am so happy with my dress as well. The only negative was that there seemed to be lack of communication with employees, I was told I could bring in a screenshot of my dress receipt to pick up my dress, but a different employee was there when I came to get it and they said I needed a paper copy. Not a problem for me, but I can see how it would be for others. Overall a good experience looking for prom dresses!
What a great experience! We came in just looking and didnt have an appointment but tried on a dress. You definitely want to make an appointment because It takes time to try on and she really works within your budget to make sure you get the most for your money. We ended up finding our daughter’s dream dress and would highly recommend her beautiful selection and expertise. Thank you again Magda!
Wonderful experience! We came in looking to get see what she had for sweet 16 dresses and she had exactly what we were looking for! The most beautiful sage green dress with pink flowers! She helped us with our budget and really cares about her work. Thank you again!
I had a great experience here. I was very surprised when I saw all of the bad reviews considering there’s many signs around the store saying that you need to have an appointment to try on the very expensive dresses which is completely reasonable! The lady who helped me was very kind and sweet and was a joy to have help me with everything. The dress I got was gorgeous and I was very very happy with my experience!
Extremely unprofessional and rude employees. We went in to look for prom dresses, and found nothing but overpriced, cheap junk. There were only two dressing rooms and it took forever to get in. As soon as I got in they told me to take my bra off and tell them to come back in to zip the dress for me. I was extremely uncomfortable with the whole thing.
