Jason has been quick to offer guidance and support in all ways ensuring that you never feel under valued. First and foremost, Jason has an INSANE work ethic. Inexplicably, he still has the time to say “hi” to even the most annoying customers… They have this kootenay-inspired drive to keep you away (lol) with the utmost sense of thankless integrity to get you on your way. NO up-selling. Just small town service with somehow big city competitiveness. Such a good way to spend your hard-earned dollars locally!!
This is the type of mechanic you want. A place where you’re welcomed, and all your questions are answered honestly. I recently had work done, and they called me afterward to ask me to stop by. They checked my vehicle and fixed the issue since it was still under the repair warranty. How many places go the extra mile like that? You can tell they truly care about what they do and the people they serve. I highly recommend bringing all your automotive needs here.
Jason and the Main Street Motors crew went above and beyond when I had engine problems with my 2010 Subaru Forester. They are honest, caring, flexible, and provided options on how to proceed, with no pressure. They gained a customer for life. We are lucky to have them in Fruitvale!
